Center Based Programs, Head Start, Child Care, and Preschool for All

For 3 - 5 years old (September - May), half-day and extended day. Income verification required before program placement

Head Start: Must qualify based on income (100% - 130% of federal poverty level)

  • Serves Cicero, Berwyn, Stickney, Forest View, and Lyons

  • Two locations in Cicero (Makris and Ogden) and one in Berwyn (Riverside Dr.)

  • Center Based has 4 locations in Cicero (Red Feather, Clyde, Grant Works and Ogden) and one in Berwyn (through District #100)

  • Income eligibility determined by location

Home Visiting

Free for qualifying families with children 3 to 5 years.

  • Must qualify for services based on income, location, and/or other risk factors

  • Weekly or Bi-Weekly Home Visits and Monthly Group Socializations
